Fujoshi are girls who are obsessed with yaoi. They often wear glasses, have no regard for their appearance and are usually temperamental.
Gyaru are basically sluts; the type you often see in shoujo. They usually have brown/tanned skin, wear a lot of makeup and accessories, and are generally stupid and/or superficial.
What if we combined them?
In anime Gyaru are almost exclusively background characters that just go "eeeh maji?", often seen bullying someone, so I guess I prefer fujoshi just because they are usually have some characterization even if it's not beyond getting nosebleeds left and right in the face of vaguely impied homosexual romance.
As for doujins, Gyaru sluts all the way.
