I guess if you're an animation studio that's responsible for majority of the most mainstream mangas adaption to anime. Its only normal that the fanbase will hate you.

It looks like BRA are being forced by Zeke and they grew up to believe that they are fighting against a cursed nation, for whatever reason. That probably refers to the first king and the wall cult, and not the humans as a whole, which is why BRA started to have second thoughts.
