whats up with this show. its so inconsistent. its got no idea what kind of tone its going for and later arcs just completely diminish the impact of previous ones. Like the first arc paints it as a post apocalyptic world and the dead basically turn into zombies, but then later they have a cure for zombie-ism so its like theres no downside to being dead. And then even outside the dead city despite the fact that people are willing to die for an escape from the wasteland, the arc right after shows theres still functional living societies. And these characters got all sorts of inconsistencies...

I made the mistake of watching this shit beyond episode 3. The end of episode 6 was the exact moment my brain said "yamete kudasai!" because it was beyond dumb.
Sasuga Madhouse for producing this piece of shit. OP and OST were the only good things about this.

Well if he won the world would achieve about the same level of peace we have nowadays.
In other words relative peace. You can no longer have all out wars because every country has access to nuclear weapons.
You see Pain's plan would have actually worked to an extent. Naruto on the other hand only cared about his own generation, not thinking 10 steps down the line. Ultimately war would break out again after he died and people would kill each other just like they did countless times in the past.
if pain won, the question is whether or not he'd go through with the plan he claimed to have or if he'd continue with the plan madara and obito wanted him to go through with.
in the latter, he uses his powers to bring madara back to life and dies. in the former, he basically nukes the world and then has everyone too afraid to ever try war again, fearing what would happen because of a possible repeat of the devastation.
it's deterrence, but after genocide since clearly just having each nation possess these weapons wasn't enough in this world...

Why do you cucks still watch anime? Anime at this point is pure otaku fanbait, and 90% of shows are just adverts for the source material. With Manga you get a complete story as the Mangaka intended, rather than just ending with no resolution after 12 episodes, and you don't have to worry about shitty animation and filler.
Manga is art, anime is pure commerce and will never reach the heights of manga due to it's terrible business model.
