Luna only existed in the timeline where Sigma lost his arms, the one Diana chose to save Phi knowing she contracted Rad-6. Not in the one where Sigma and Diana stayed in the shelter and have kids.
Ya know, the more I think about it, the more I actually really like Akane in this game. You have to remember this game is right after 999, and even after revealing herself as Zero Akane was never mean or spiteful.
She really does want everyone to survive the Decision Game. And the one thing she absolutely is torn up over is destroying Junpei. Everyone else she wants to survive but otherwise doesn't care too much about. Hell, Keikaku Akane really shows her stripes when she kills Junpei, herself and Carlos to make them shift. She's not outright sadistic but she does make some pretty mean choices if it means the best outcome.

What grates my cheddar about the terrorist killing 8 billion thing, is that it's dumped in your lap with no fanfare or relatedness to anything that's happened so far. At least Radical 6 and Free the Soul are brought up really naturally, and you learn more about them as you progress through VLR

So how did Delta know basically everything beforehand? The camera feed into his glasses, our POV, it quantamly sent to other histories? Did 1904 Phi help him, the Aoi to his Akane? He could read other people's minds, so if he mindhacked an Esper, does he basically know everything in other histories that that Esper saw/experienced? Would our Phi been able to SHIFT into 1904 Phi's body?
