If the emulation is standard and there's no real online or other features, this collection is pretty meaningless. If you actually want these games, $10 for 98U and 2002U alone isn't a bad deal at all($5 each, which would be about as cheap as you're likely to see them on sale for a long time.)
Most everything else is easily emulatable unless the metal slug versions have added shit(I don't like metal slug, so I don't know what's on the steam versions,) so don't buy it for that unless you're having a moralfag attack or really want to drop some charity dosh.
