If you have an actual reason behind the build, like bringing an exploit to the author's attention or participating in a pseudo-quest (like Power Armor had), you might be able to repost it whenever and as long as it's needed - but no more than once per thread, and stopping as soon as the author responds to it or the adventure ends or whatever.

I had it set up differently at first. It looked nicer overall, but it also had some space issues. So I condensed it a bit in the laziest way I could find (Reversing the existing image templates and images) rather than going for the work of actually adjusting the layout from scratch.
Realistically I could shift the images on the sides down towards the center of the text boxes and make it cleaner, but that sounded like effort that didn't fix the bigger problem of too much white space, and the only way I'd solve that was by basically reworking from scratch. So I figured I was better off posting it, getting feedback wherever, and then depending either making a V2 with a revamped design and options, or just moving on.

There's a weird mix of people who demand to be one and people who will never be one. The arguments seem to have gone away in recent days, as the "change yourself" cyoas seem to have faded into "choose a waifu and/or have some objects."
I generally don't care too much since shit that's unlisted I'll usually apply the rule of "unlisted means I can tweak it" if I'm in the mood for that kind of thing. Really I added it with male under drawback because at worst I get to annoy someone and get an amusing reaction.

I have read almost every translated yaoi/ shounen-ai manga at this point.
