I have a question about Overlord (the anime/light novel) and Civ.
If you have the Realm of myth perk from Civ which makes people you rule better and capable of legendary feats and you take over a part of the world that Overlord is on (just making yourself a kingdom or taking one as it were) Do the people you rule over suddenly start growing more powerful will it lead to more of them eventually gaining the effect of the Realm of Heroes perk and maybe even level 100 if you hung around long enough?

There's the standard time travel necessary to actually do your time player job.
Aside from that, Pages are supposed to be really strong in their aspect, so I'm guessing a Page of Time would have loads of time to do stuff. Probably by speeding himself up really hard or doing an actual timestop?
There's also the entropy part of the Aspect, which might net you the ability to project a giant entropy aura where everything ages/wears away really fast.

Cosmic Switches are pretty much mass from nothing and have a lot of versatility, being able to replicate most if not all technology or outdo it
Medals...aren't good for a techy jumper but if you're the kind of guy who loves the idea of powering up on human desire or is good at manipulating people, Medals are awesome. Just make sure to get something like the Medal collector, the Jug of cell medals or becoming a Greeed since it's hard to get the good stuff powered up without Cell Medals
Gaia Memories are definitely easier to work with for tech but unless you get your build a certain way it's gonna be hard to start making 'true' memories
Still, making the mass produced memories is possible and a lot of nice stuff keys off of them
So really its up to you to figure out waht's most important.

You just make better versions of regular stuff. You can't mass produce them yet and normal people can't reverse engineer them either, but they're way easier to build and normal people can actually use (but not repair let alone make more of) them with instructions so you can outfit your entire team with low-level power armor with all sorts of neat tricks in them.
Enhancement Trump.
Like Contractor, except you build on powers people already have. Strong Brute can't do shit because Oops the Shard didn't give him durability worth a damn? Now you can change that! Supportive combat Thinker gets wrecked because he's a goddamn Thinker who can't even do Contessa/Harbinger/Uber shit even though fighting is the entire point of his power? Now his power works fast enough for him to actually punch good rather than just help his team through a cell phone while hoping no one notices he's there.

Would be nice to be able to buy additional powers. Probably shouldn't be too expensive, either requiring a 200 CP perk to re-roll/purchase or just straight up buying them again off the table (400 CP). Of course, to make this work with canon Worm, you should add a required drawback, "Grab-bag Powers": Reduce the effectiveness of all powers. Works with canon and lets people grab multiple powers if they aren't interested in anything else (or if they want to take a bunch of drawbacks).

Honestly I don't see why it couldn't, although I'd lean more towards guiding you through using the Breach Controller to scan and find it manually. Since there are a LOT of mirror universes and such to get through. It's really an example where either could be the case depending on how developed the power is.
Transporter would obviously do it perfectly and instantly, wham and bam, that's what it's for. Base PTV is broad and versatile at the cost of accuracy, while as Transporter is specialized and thus a lot more potent within that sphere.

Powers would be reduced under the effect of the drawback, no reason a single shard couldn't cover multiple minor effects (aka grab-bag powers). Circus has enhanced aim, reflexes, minor pyrokinesis, and hammerspace. That's plenty varied. No reason you can't just have reduced powers come from a single shard. The shard becomes irrelevant post-jump anyways.
Also, there are grab-bag shards in canon. Miss Militia's is one, for instance.

I don't deny that they are good, I just don't find them particularly interesting for 600CP perks. To me, a 600CP (or higher) perk should be cool enough that I want to take that origin just for the discount.
