I liked warframe more when we thought these robo bodies were just cyborg people

Nope, turns out we're dreamers who remote control bodies with the power of Void and minds.

I'm sure you'll figure something out.

How do you Jumpers get around? Footpower, cars, spaceships, wings?

Convoy of armoured vehicles.

>in SPAAAACE?
Light of Terra motherfucker, choo choo.

>On the Ocean?
Varies from my Ironclad Thunderchild in anything 19th century or less to the Escort Carrier Unvanquished in the early-mid 20th century, to the ultra-high tech missile cruiser Vanguard in anything beyond that.

Above all it'll vary with vanity though. I may feel like breaking a mecha out of deep storage, or commandeering an airship, or maybe just taking the train. Trains are nice, it's part of why I liked Amestris so much, great rail travel.
>>
>>44526385
Motorcycle, just all the time. I ride my Pokemon motorcycle throughout LOTR, KOTOR, in dungeons, and unto the bridge of the Light of Terra.
>>

I know it's probably almost finished and I understand completely if the answer is no, but are you still taking suggestions for Genius? I have two or three items to suggest.
>>
>>44526829
At the least I can always add things into the next version, and I'm always willing to update with suggestions or requests if I feel they improve the work. I did it for Changeling, I'll do it for this.
>>
Ho boy, I'm not sure what I've gotten myself into here:
>Jump #12, Minecraft:

Background: Drop-In

Biome: Cold Taiga

Perks: Rei’s Minimap, Strength of Steve, Crafting Table, Iron Chests NEI Recipe Mode, Lore of Alex, Multiplayer Server, Multiplayer Bonus Chests, Inventory of Steve, Inventory Tweaks, Thaumcraft, Heart of Steve, Universal Electricity, Applied Energistics

Gear: Hardcore Questing Mode, Endless Bag of Ender Pearls

Drawbacks: Public Multiplayer Server, Tainted World, WITHER

I think I can survive the Wither and the other "players", but it'll definitely be a struggle, I'm not even sure if my build is legal (I took the 1000 point drawback, and the two drawbacks that can be added to perks) but I know I can axe some stuff if it comes to that, so, how fucked am I?
>>
What would be a good jump to take after the LoT to help your knew companions acclimate?
Specifically for Carwyn and the Choir.

Oh that is a tough one.
Um perhaps Sins of the solar empire? I have no idea.

Model jump followed by Hollywood. Make them giant celebrities and cackle at their reactions.
>>
>>44527158
Babylon 5.

sci fi space jump, civilisation ending threats and massive wars but compared to 40k it's nothing. think of it like giving someone in heroin withdrawal a bit of methadone

Is it wrong that I want to see the Eldar flustered in this?
>>
>>44527207
>A human empire fighting a faction of psyker like humans and the only aliens they have encountered.

I think that would less acclimate them and instead enforce their hateful views.
Thanks for trying though.

>>44527245
Would this actually help them or is it just a self benefit?

>>44527273
I suppose that is an accurate way on how to treat it.

>Would this actually help them or is it just a self benefit?
Yes.
>>
>>44527327
>Would this actually help them or is it just a self benefit?

it's a way to wind them down from all grimdark deathmurder all the time. Familiar enough not to freak them out, different enough to get them acclimatising to everywhere non grimdark
>>
>>44527158
Grab a good vacation jump like catastrophe or nichijou and let them learn how to change pace from 40k
>>
>>44527158
Take them to CATastrophe and turn them into adorable Nekkos.
>>
>>44526385
All of the above, as well as motorcycles, ships, tricycles, giant mechs, hoverboards, jetbikes, magic flying trains, flying carpets, horses, carriages, dragons, and a car shaped like a giant Krabby Patty. Amongst others.

It's actually just for sightseeing... and ofcourse weirding people out with widely inappropriate techlevels/magical transports for the setting.
When I'm in a hurry, I just teleport.

Wither is the only normal drawback you took right? I'm pretty sure that the extra drawbacks you can add on to perks don't count against the limit so you can take them.

Wither isn't that hard to deal with for an experienced Jumper, you just have to be very fast and have good melee attacks. Look up Minecraft Wither on YouTube for an idea on what it can do, but remember that the drawback Wither is totally immune to range (iirc).

Tainted world could be a problem, since it means you have to rush Thaumcraft or risk the entire world.

Public Multiplayer Server is extremely annoying, requiring constant attention and setting guards, and with Wither means you are likely to lose parts of your base fairly regularly so be prepared for that and you should be fine.
>>
>>44527636
At the same time though, the public players could act as a distraction for the Wither. Not that anon, but just a thought.
>>
>>44527636
I used to be an autist for the game, I'm well aware of what a Wither can do, I'm just not sure how it would interact with my main power (making barriers) if it can break those barriers I'm fucked, if the barriers count as a ranged attack I'm also fucked.
The other thing I'm worried about is the madness inherent to Thaumcraft, like seriously, you start going schizophrenic pretty damn early into research. I don't have anything that can stop that sort of thing, so I guess I'll just have to install a spa in my Warehouse and hope the madness goes away post-jump
>>
>>44526998

Is there a note in that jump that explains what these mods do/provide, or do I have to google them all?
>>
>>44528001
well yeah, it describes the perks, but if you want a really good understanding it's best to look them up
>>
>>44528001
There is a note. You'll still probably want to google them, shit's complicated.
>>
>>44527772
If you've played it that much you should be fine. Just be aware that the drawback Withers are boosted dramatically, and that your barriers will be taken down by the blue attacks. Did you pick up Soru (or whatever the flash step is called in One Piece)? If you did and have some good way of dealing melee damage I'd say you're fine.

I haven't gone very far in Thaumcraft but isn't there a way to suppress or counteract the madness?

>>44527730
I'd be more worried about the monsters that spawn around it constantly since it makes it night time until it's defeated, but yes they would be a concern while fighting it. The Barrier Barrier fruit would likely render their involvement in the Wither fights an annoyance at best though (so long as he has companions to look after his base while he's off killing the Wither, or vice versa).
>>
>>44528001
For some of them you'll likely be fine with the perk descriptions, and there are notes for others. If you really want to get into detail you will need to look them up, but that's true of a lot of things in the chain.
>>
>>44528044
I picked up Barrier-Barrier fruit, not Haki, my general methods of attack are to make swords from the barriers and stab, not sure if that counts as melee though, which is what has me worried.
As for Thaumcraft, the Spa I mentioned helps relieve the madness, and there's special soap that can scrub you (relatively) sane, but those don't get rid of the permanent insanity, not entirely.
>>
>44526893
Thank you! That's extremely awesome and I really appreciate how open to suggestions and requests you're being. Not to mention all the stuff you added to the American south.

You get an orphaned Wonder! Not just any Orphan, though; this one is well and truly loyal to you, and can't be swayed to other geniuses' sides with the promise of Mania. As a weird thematic side effect, they're immediately recognizable as some kind of sentient animal or creature. A velociraptor, a gigantic Maine Coon cat, a tiny mouse or crow with a pair of brass goggles... Their form determines their function, but they're all roughly the same in terms of effectiveness. You can communicate with all of them as easily as you can with a human. Sometimes it almost feels like you can communicate telepathically, with how well it understands what you want. For a small amount of extra CP, they possess some kind of natural ranged or melee weapon. Who doesn't want a velociraptor with a minigun backpack or a tyranid knockoff that will never, ever betray them?

You get a flash drive containing the inter-office correspondences, emails, Skype messages, and every other form of communication between two Geniuses who seemed to devote 99% of their time to devising the most demented, insane, destabilizing plans imaginable. Seriously, there are hundreds of emails alone that mention constructing a set of Katastrofi dice with a Mania cost a thousand times that of an average city-buster simply because they wanted to have an uncontrollably powerful weapon lying around. They rarely wrote out actual schematics, though if you sift through enough messages you could find a few interesting, obscure exploits for some of the Axioms. Like when it's actually MORE damaging to make a Katastrofi weapon one rank lower, or how to ensure you're literally never without a supply of spare Mania using only a matchbox. Nothing gamebreaking, but Wildbow would be intrigued.
>>
I rolled FFXII from the trimmed list on the drive but i can't find the actual jump, it has for some reason not made it to the drive? does someone have it?
>>
>>44528175
ahah, about that, the guy that made it accidentally deleted it from the drive like last night, he's working on fixing the issue.
>>
>>44528137
Whoops, mean to quote >>44526893

You have an item that is blatantly, obviously something out of the ordinary, whether it's a prostasia labcoat covered in blood, a head-mounted Apokalypsi scanning device that could make a Jägermonster blush, or a set of shoulder-mounted Katastrofi miniguns disguised as... A pair of actual shoulder-mounted miniguns. These items are so blatantly supernatural, most mortals will assume they're fake rather than actually dangerous equipment, paying them no mind unless you give them a reason. No real mad scientist would be that obvious, right? That would just be silly! Supernaturals and Hunters, however, will be intimidated, impressed, or even frightened by your "obvious technological superiority." This item is essentially a rank 1-3 Orphan, but without any Mania cost or fault. (Or you could include it as an upgrade to an already purchased orphan, Elon.) Good for when you want to let possible threats know you're protected without getting strangled by your own coat when someone pokes it out of curiosity. Variable cp cost depending on the Wonder's rank.

You have the unachievable dream of Geniuses everywhere; a small, dedicated, and completely loyal PR team. They're completely mortal and don't use Wondrous means of any kind, but you would be amazed how much it helps to ALWAYS have somebody in your corner. A video of your death ray going viral? They're working to discredit it before ADAMSKI is concerned. You gave a rant to your college class and came off looking crazy? Obviously that was a test, and all your students passed. They'll even write detailed Op-ed pieces in the local newspaper defending you from "conspiracy theories" and quell the fears of Luddites if you try to use your technology for something altruistic. Maybe /you/ can't go off on a rant tearing someone apart for attacking you while you're giving away free "herbal cures" for cancer without burying them in Jabir, but that's okay. You have /people/ for that.
>>

This is... Weird. You have a recipe for a good cup of coffee.

Scratch that. You have THE recipe for THE good cup of coffee. The STC template for the machine to produce the PERFECT cup of coffee. You're not sure who drew up these blueprints, but they were clearly a Genius and probably the most powerful one alive. Maybe a Virtual Adept with a caffeine addiction. Don't even bother giving a cup to a non-Supernatural. They'll probably have a seizure.

Beyond tasting great, this coffee has two uses. Drinking a cup can temporarily remove your need for sleep or rest, and fills you with a kind of indescribable music that makes Wonder construction a joyful experience. One cup translates to a night of working double-time on a Wonder without an unmada check, which cuts the construction time of anything smaller than a moon in half. After this Jump, it'll confer a much less precisely calculable but equally useful benefit to the construction of any smaller-than-a-Death-Star technology. Don't drink more than a cup a month, though. You'll be risking something far worse than a descent into reality warping madness. THE perfect headache, which lasts for days at the shortest.

The second use is less obvious. You can use it to temporarily stun people by blasting them in the face with it, giving you an opening to attack or flee while they contemplate how good it tastes. This PROBABLY won't work on eldritch abominations or other things beyond mortal comprehension, but pretty much everybody else with tastebuds will be effected. I suggest loading it into a pressurized piping system and spraying it from a firehose.

At this point, don't worry if these ideas are crap. I've had two cups of coffee IRL and they're getting kind of weird. Feel free to ignore them.

There also appears to be Lizard-Hulk, Literal Ant-Man and Captain Wolfmerica in the background. Is this a universe where everyone is some sort of animal-person, like the old Spider-Ham comics only less campy?
>>
>>44528100
Long as you're holding your barrier swords you should be fine to hit it. Do you have some other way of moving fast? (Also Soru isn't Haki, just so you know)

Do you want to be spoiled ?
If Yes :
This particular case happens in the Spider-Verse, where EVERYSINGLE PERSON BUT SOME get infected with a spiderly virus, which transform, well, into a sort of spider mutant, with a hive mind directed to "The Queen" (I don't know more about her). Flash Thompson (the one with Venom), Spider Woman and Vision use different type of mutagenic serum on Hulk, Cpt America, and Captain Marvel : A lizard one, werewolf and vampire. Theses serum help them getting out of reach of the Queen's Hivemind. Sorry about any uncomprehensible part. If I missed something, I only have the first tome of Secret Wars Spiderman, Civil War, Ultimate End and Marvel Zombies
Basically what happened was Spider Island was controlled by Spider Queen. She made everyone into Spider-People. There was underground resistance that used DNA from various Spidey Villians. So you had Captain Marvel-Vampire, Werewolf Captain America, Lizard Hulk...etc.

They released it into the population, somehow and turned people into various different things. As seen there.

Battleworld is a scary place. Thors, every Thor & Thor-like is the police force. All Ghost Riders participate in a Circus Maximus style gladiator race. Losers get tortured.

Unfortunately I think it's just base Thaumcraft. Also, Equivalent Exchange seems to be the second version, which is good for getting you more stuff, bad because it's a few Minecraft updates out of date (I think, haven't looked at it for a while) while the third EE is being worked on now but unfortunately doesn't have quite as many cool things.

>>
>>44528509
You have the location of and a lifetime membership to a store only a Genius could get any real use out of; a breakaway prop warehouse. Tired of spending hundreds of dollars on beakers filled with glowing liquid that get smashed up when heroes break into your lair, or exploding control consoles that actually damage your equipment? This store will sell you practically any kind of fake science thing you can imagine, perfect for when you want to intimidate someone by tearing up a part of your lab Kylo Ren style. No, that's not a spoiler. There's just a cool scene where he cuts up a control console with a lightsaber because he's angry. Somehow follows you from universe to universe and accepts all currencies with economic significance that you didn't create.

An item that, upon the end of your Jump, gives you a recording of your adventures in whatever form you choose. A series of comic books, some graphic novels, a movie series, a television show shot like Game of Thrones, etc.

Something representing the Contacts merit, to help people who want to fight crime (police force, FBI) improve their community (local businessmen, local and state politicians) or do other miscellaneous stuff without getting everyone in that field mad at them. Given that Geniuses are the only Splat with a morality system explicitly based around helping humanity, something that lets you work with Hunters would be fun as well. Even if you're going to be viewed with extreme suspicion or sent on suicide missions. What hunter Cell /wouldn't/ want a guy tracking Vampires through walls or Apokalypsi scanning Changeling contracts for loopholes?

They use Wakfu, which is basically the resident in-universe stand in for chi and mana associated with nature, growth and creation. All the races use it to pull their whacky powers-up to and including timestops in the case of Xelors-and Eliatropes have...either naturally large reserve of it, or a unique affinity for it. Probably both, considering they're all little demigods of the creator goddess Eliatrope, from which the stuff originates.

Now, as for limits-that's actually quite hard to say, because the most plot relevant Eliatropes are their reincarnating god-king/the MC and SPOILER who invented a device to greatly refine his control over wakfu. The villain does things like casually open portals to distant planets (in the weird Eliatrope dimension, where planets are heavily implied to be more fragile than usual) and make portals fast enough to hurt people with their own attacks. The MC started off needing to "throw" portals around but later graduates to thinking them up into existence like the BBEG in the OVAs, along with opening portals to a separate dimension. Prior to that he led an army of his own people to fast travel through space after SPOILER .

So to end this lore dump, they probably use a mix of mana and stamina. One last thing-because of the nature of Wakfu, well-trained Eliatropes can do other tricks with their powers. Like sensing life energy well enough to see things fine with their eyes shut by observing life energy in other beings. Or somehow using their portals to shoot huge wakfu lasers at thing.

You gotta plan ahead. You never know when you'll end up in a situation where you need to hold off a massive army alone, or rebuild society from the ground up. It happens more often than you'd think.

Also robot armies are the best way to clean out zombies.

Anyway, we have different preferences for different journeys. For short trips our avatar just hovers while using a nanoswarm to lock electromagnetic and gravitational fields about itself for really, really secure hovering. For trips of middling length, there's Eliatrope portals. For long trips, there's a trick we developed from Elsewhere Coil and dark matter research to simulate the Transliminal Stride. Took ages to practice enough for getting it right, and we still haven't solved the clipping-through-solid-objects problem.

For other dimensions, Eliatrope portals are relevant again-although we prefer to have an huge aggregate of portal abilities in order to figure out how to broadcast more of ourself onto a plane of existence without damaging it.

AE is awesome though, setting it up connected to your other automatic crafting machines form other jumps is easy and lets you mass produce things on demand at the push of a button, and with some tech perks you could boost the wireless interface to reach from really far away so you can just drop out robots or other stuff at will. It's quite useful.

Neither, it'd be just lava. Logia doesn't take what's in the rest of your body into consideration..

You'd be adamantium that turned into magma, just like how without it you'd be flesh that turned into magma. But you can do localized shapeshifting, so "metal mixed in with the lava" would be possible with enough control.

So whether you're a lavamonster, a cat, a 12 year old in short pants, or a 100 meter tall futa meguca kaiju made of psionic magical song, it's all your final form and you've got access to anything and everything you need.

Bear in mind that I'm no authority on it, but I remember people saying the Stand's Durability scales to yours so it doesn't eventually become a liability.

Humans, Farians and Warg get most of their love in the Knight Supplement, and will likely get better deals than the Frogs and Papitaurs in the Georama Supplement as well. I'll see if I can think of anything those three might be able to get in the main Jump though.

>>
>>44531049

I'm not sure! That kind of thing is in Brutus's hands, though I suppose I'd prefer them going in a folder together.
>>
>>44529716
Ah nice, this is an excellent jump. Just one question. I can spend 1500 CP on the group imports right? (15 times import in)

>>44528875
993 is an outdated version of the jump. You may use whatever you wish, I don't care, but as another anon mentioned, both 12 and 13-3 were some of the worst jumps made by my standards and I've mentioned it before, so changes are still in the works to bring them to an acceptable level of quality.

I personally prefer if my jumps aren't reuploaded to the drive before I do it personally, which should be when my other priorities get attended to. Remove them from the list of jumps jumpable if you want so people don't run into trouble with rolling jumps and whatnot. If someone wants to take the opportunity to make a better jump I don't mind.

>>
>>44531372
I'll reupload them when they meet my quality standards? Out of 26 jumps I only have 7 that meet basic quality standards, so I'm bringing them to meet standards before I release them. It's not like they're popular IPs, and I've already agreed that if someone feels they can make a better replacement they can go right ahead.
>>
>>44529716
Can Companions take drawbacks, because I want want knights for all of my companions but I don't want to spend all of my Knights customization perks on Extensive Research Notes.

Or be a frog.
>>
>>44531651
But what about the ones you removed that do meet your standards, like Dark Cloud 2? Can you put those back?
>>
>>44531651
So you haven't just removed them by mistake, you in fact purposefully took them down to update them? That's cool and all, but tell the truth when someone asks next time.
>>
>>44531651
Dirge, no. Don't pull this shit. You are being a massive prick with your inferiority complex. Deciding to delete all your jumps from the drive because you're unsatisfied with them just impedes the people who actually use them and makes a good case that you shouldn't have drive clearance. This is utterly senseless drama.
>>
>>44531651
Just upload them in the meantime and work on updates while they're on the drive. They are not exclusive. All you are doing is pointlessly antagonising people and taking the route of most resistance. Remember the last time this sort of thing happened? Just take a few minutes to put them on the drive and then work on the updates

>>44530801

>>44531651
However Dirge you should probably keep the Jumps on the drive until you make the newly updated ones, once you have made the new updated jumps then you can replace the current jumps.
>>
>>44531799
Then you're just going to have to accept that some of your tech is inevitably going to get out there. Your only option, in such a case, is to make it out of something that can't be replicated in that universe at all.
>>
>>44531651
God damn it dirge, stop being a drama queen, nobody else who hates themselves feels the need to drag it up every five threads and make a big song and dance about how they want their work to be wiped off the face of the earth.

>>
>>44531658

I can't really justify it anon. It's gonna have to be one of those things you have to balance your budget around. The options for producing Knights for them all are there, but you'll have to figure out if you go for them or not.

>In a world of ubiquitous surveillance, numbers, tracking, and conspiracies that rely upon information and control, you are the nightmare number. You are effectively untouchable in the information and bureaucratic labyrinth that makes up your typical cyberpunk dystopia. Security footage of you is lost in the static, trying to crack your bank account is a fools game, and attempts to subvert your ID results in snafus after snafus. The Illuminati can do an all-point callout of the military, lock-down a city, call in an airstrike, but as long as you're not bringing attention to yourself, any resemblance to their target will just get passed over as a fluke.
The last two would probably work, but it makes you undetectable by surveillance, and your accounts un-hackable, it doesn't interfere with forensics, medical equipment or the like, so your fingerprints and DNA profile won't show up in the database when the cops are trying to find you, but they still find them, and trying to make a super-clone based off of your DNA wouldn't be hindered at all.

Stands were equated to hamon in part three to a certain extent, as though they draw from the same energy pool to a certain extent. Hamon itself is powered by your own body and it's strength, as well as some spiritual aspects and your willpower and emotions playing a part. Stands are a bit more on the spiritual/mental side but still if you can produce a stronger ripple with hamon you can produce a stronger stand. You can kind of expect that at the least your stand should hit as hard as you can if you are enhancing your blow with hamon.

What would be your take on Pattern Ultraviolet from Neon Genesis Evangelion jump, vs biometric/forensic/medical/etc equipment?
>>
>>44533084
I have no clue where you're getting a good half of that post from. Only Stand and ripple interaction shown was Joseph, who simply revealed his Stand was a superconductor for ripple. There's also the one particular kanji reading of Stands but ripple was pretty much forgotten and ignored part three and onwards except the DIO fight. Now you might manage something like Tusk or Ballbreaker where the stand synergizes with your skills and might get upgrades from major leaps in mastery, but it's not just strong ripple=strong stand.

So, uh, I gotta ask.

We all know how LOVE correlates to killing, but what if you've both never killed AND sentenced anyone you couldn't reason with to fates worse than death?

Does your LOVE just come up "ERROR?" Does it actually come up worse than if you'd murderhoboed across the universe?

Gif related, Flesh to Stone doesn't actually kill the target and there's a lot of settings that don't have the means to reverse it.
>>
>>44533779
Why? What reason did he have to continue it? It certainly didn't fit his character to put so much effort into something he had no intention of using again and he was settling down with a family.
>>
>>44533945
Shouldn't someone have informed him that DIO might return? If they didn't, then /wow/ did they drop the ball there. I mean, if someone killed my grandpa and then was going to come back to kill me and my grandson, I'd want to know so I could prepare myself.

But then, I'm not the guy who killed an Aztec vampire god by sending him to space so his own adaptations turned him to stone.

EXP only raises when you kill.

LOVE represents how detached you've become.

By what you're suggesting, the fight isn't solved through violent means, but not peacefully either and arguably worse if they aren't cured. No EXP or LV, but as long as they aren't the vindictive type, you might be able to eventually befriend them like Undyne.

So basically, don't leave them for dead.

>>44533408
Looking back through some of the manga, and I think I might have been putting too much stock in stands being refereed to as the ghostly ripple. >>44534424
>maybe Forgotten Realms to buff you wisdom
"Jumper, what does your new incredible Wisdom tell you?"
"I shouldn't have jumped Forgotten Realms."

>>44534459
>not going to FR early to get it out of the way and help you survive Order of the Stick
>>
>>44534424
You're right that knowledge is easy to get, but I was looking for more a combination of knowledge perks that would result in something extremely, insanely powerful. Like how ASA is now a multiverse.

I know a good tech one at least! Robocop's perk that keeps you from becoming a soulless monster if you're put in a robot body. Having the Tomb Spyder replace your entire body with Necrodermis after a deadlight intact LoT run. Getting Coop, who will defy logic and upgrade ANYTHING vaguely technological.

Enjoy your body made of whatever the hell upgraded Necrodermis looks like. Without the soulless part. Maintained by your upgraded Tomb Spyder. On your Megas'd LoT.

I was so hype for a Dissidia jump. Imagine my surprise when the guy doing it is an egotistical manbaby who just nukes it all on a whim.

Take it all and leave, I've had enough

Indirect murder or murder through inaction does not increase EXP.

If you ordered people to do something that ended up killing them unintentionally, then you're not responsible.

That's not cool Dirge_. That's not cool at all. I'm not even going to sugar coat it. That's a dumb move on your part. I luckily have all your jumps saved just so I don't have to put up with people who act like this.

I like you man. So I'm going to be very nice and say this. Put them back up and work on the updates. Don't pull this shit again.

I don't think it's THAT big of a deal. I think he's going through one of his funks. He just needs to realize people love his jumps. I love him too. I've just dealt with people like him way too often to be willing to put up with it for extended periods. Especially when he misuses his responsibilities against all reason.

So when considering I have a 5 year time frame, what would be my best bet in preventing Angry Mainyu from getting summoned in the Third Holy Grail War? Obviously the "simple" solution is contacting the Einzberns then informing them of the bad decisions that go down. However, going for drop in this time means I will have very little in the way of credibility in world.

In the event this all goes south and Angry does get summoned, what would be an appropriate measure for ensuring this doesn't go full Urobochi on me? Currently playing with the idea of using Nechronica's soul unbinding + storage to seal them after blitzing the Einzberns to have my servant subdue Avenger. This might prevent the completion of the ritual given the lack of full souls. I'm less certain on the feasibility of trying to just have a companion get a command seal and try to fill the chairs as it were. Wasn't there something about the 3 families automatically getting preferential treatment in the design?

>mfw I roll this jump early in chain and haven't acquired conceptual BS prior to this.
>>
>>44535389
No one cares, fuck off
>>
>>44535395
Just summon Berserker. It's the class Avenger supplanted when summoned, so if you summon Berserker the Avenger summoning never goes through. May want to deal with the Einzberns just in case (or get hired as their proxy for the war).

>>
>>44535395
The three families (Tohsaka, Makiri/Matou and Einzbern) all have a guaranteed spot as masters in the war and are generally chosen first, though they don't necessarily summon their Servant first. The certain way of doing it is just summoning a Berserker, as Angra Mainyu (Or the boy that becomes him) doesn't qualify as any other class. Beyond that, trying to convince the Einzberns not to summon that particular Servant (Through fair or foul means) or just wiping them out before they summon could work.

If he is summoned, you'd need to contain his soul and prevent it from reaching the Grail, which it would automatically if he died and his soul wasn't caught. Once his spirit reaches the Grail, the game's up and he's infected it. While you can stop him, by imprisoning and destroying his spirit, it'd also mean you won't get a wish or win the grail war.
>>
>>44535482
Dirge removed a bunch of his jumps and said he won't repost them until they're up to a better quality. A lot of people are getting on his case about this being for attention.

>what would be my best bet in preventing Angry Mainyu from getting summoned in the Third Holy Grail War?
This depends on your available power, but...keep an eye on the Einzberns. When one gets seals, blitz them and remove the seals before they get the chance to summon.
>>
SO, lightbringer question, if I take "The prophecies forgot to mention that there were two Light-Bringers" does Kip get the Knife? because that would mean I wouldn't have to buy it myself because there's no way in hell I'm taking that drawback and NOT making him a companion.

Has anyone made, or is anyone working on, a Night Angel Jump?
>>
>>44536476
What I did in the Old West is...

Six women ride into a tiny Mexican village.... We quickly go about dealing with the bandit lord and train up the locals to fight on their own. The gear gets distributed among Companions, then we go about roaming the West, righting wrongs and being the six-sided hammer of Justice. Hime pulls the coach and we ride in the back, but take turns on lookout. Interesting Times after the Law decides that our definition of Justice doesn't mesh well with their idea of it. Had a stand-off against one sheriff's posse nearr Fort Smith that ended...messily....

Nope, unclaimed as far as I know. Go for it. Seriously, that series is cool as shit.

So, a while ago SOULs in Undertale were brought up, but I've thought of another weird soul thing that may be relevant at this juncture.

How does your Fallen London soul work? In-game people sell and rebuy theirs for stuff, so it doesn't seem to be a key aspect of your very will and being. What about the part where they're all potential Judgement spores, most of which are eaten on death for sustenance by the other star-gods but the strongest of which grow up to be new ones? Sure has some terrifying implications for the likes of ASA

>>44536470
