A well rounded character focusing on messing with the field. Counters that merely make me switch places with the opponent, a quick move that does next to no damage but flips them facing the other way. throws that teleport THEM away. A super that mostly puts them on time dilated slowdown the works.
A clear god dragon of eldritch power being silly and overly enthusiastic. But most importantly friendly. As most of my battle intros start with me waving at the opponent like a friend.
Stage is a rural town with a clear thunder storm going on in the background. Surprisingly normal for a not normal fighter.

Now, they did not directly say that a more powerful SOUL doesn't make you strong against beings with souls, or that SOUL won't boost soul powers, that's just extrapolation from the fact they said it was different. So, I'm probably going to be spending a lot of time in Spyrodragon form here. If I didn't reach the size of a mountain range before, I sure as hell did it now.
So... I want you to imagine this massive dragon that gets mistaken for terrain, encircling an also-massive city with a huge CORE-like tower in the middle. The dragon acts as its guardian, and is constantly sleeping. Little trees and such are growing on the dragon, it moves so rarely. You do not want it to move.

With my amazing SCIENCE! skills, I'll cobble together some sort of technopathic cybernetic link between me and a more down-to-earth robot body, which I'll be using to look through and interact with people. Not quite sure what the robot will look like, yet. But considering my skill at making them, it could be just about anything. Even ridiculously life-like.
Essentially, while the real "me" is that bigass dragon out the window, I won't be using my body for anything but sitting on people who try to hurt my cute subordinates. Five hundred years into the jump, as far as anyone remembers, the dragon is just some kind of ancient guardian and the robot is the actual leader of the civilization.Realistically this would most likely be unwieldy as shit, but aesthetically I think it's pretty neat.
After that... it's business as usual. Science up the wazoo, probably build an incredible robot army to supplement monsterkind and avoid any dust. I may end up introducing some odd and even magical sciences here and there, while I'm at it. Anime is indeed real. Or it will be.
Oh. And apparently we're a massive economic and cultural hotspot, with a huge allowance for the arts. So that's a thing.

I keep thinking about taking Hand That Rocks the Cradle, because an alliance there would be... interesting. But I worry he'd bring a lot of baggage with him, and I can't deal with a world that has chaos gods and shit.

I've done it once using a perk that tore a fragment of a person's mind (their hatred in their case) out and made it a summon. You could probably substitute that perk with Attitude and some Soul manipulation, then use Soul Calibur and Tales of Symphonia's Throne of the Soul to contain it, then animate it using something else.

Doubtlessly, it'd have to be the volcano on the Wyvern Wildlife Reserve- A tropical, volcanic island with huge facilities on them to accommodate a wide variety of Monster Hunter monsters. The stage itself would be a ledge on the island's volcano, overlooking the massive jungle. Huge shapes lumber in the distance, perhaps with one of many different kinds of volcanic monsters watching the battle take place from a nearby perch. Maybe there'll even be a monster fight in the background of the regular fight?

Her style is wild, untamed, and undeniably ferocious.

Probably has the fewest direct-damage combos in the roster, trades those out for debuffs. At least one combo would "petrify" the enemy briefly if it managed to hit, and another would likely heal him slightly. General playstyle devoted to stalling out the match clock.
