The YG-4210 is a pretty decent ship for smuggling. Good old CEC quality means a lot of mod space and since it was designed as a deep space exploration vessel it swallows quite a lot of cargo for a ship that size. Plus it's a pretty old design so it won't cost you an arm and a leg, or a carbonite-encasing debt to a certain Hutt crime lord

That's what's weird though: in training he's constantly struggling and needing to get better, but in battle he's so effortlessly perfect. He deflects bolts perfectly in the first damn season. He can super jump in like the 4th episode.That weird disconnect really bothers me, and makes me feel like that taking out ship isn't a culmination of his training but just another steamroll through a not-obstacle. the framing of any one training bit implies that he's been at it for weeks and many of the things he achieves are after the training for that particular thing has come up. There is a big implication that by the temple episode, he's pretty much on the same level as kanan, minus the years of experience. It's also been established that he learns faster by doing than during his lesson.
And yes, the empire is kinda terrible at doing their job, and that is what makes the series feel very kiddy despite the large body counts.

Going in I was hoping for more EOTE Force Exile style Jedi where Kanan has to use stealth since ring a Jedi is dangerous and Ezra and him take a long time to reach TCW-level force shenanigans. As for why Scum get three ships in their box.....well, it's the box that introduces the faction, and contains cards and dials for the HWK-290 and Firespray for Scum usage as well. I imagine that FFG wanted people to be able to build a fully functional 100pt list based solely on the contents.

Well, Rebels is still ~4 years out from ANH.
Rogue One has to take place basically in the month before ANH does.
So it's incredibly unlikely they'll overlap the two.
If anyone from Rebels shows up in Rogue One, that just ensures that they have plot armor for the rest of the show beyond what they already have as protagonists.
