Amulet being banned is the wrong thing to ban since you really just need to ban Summer Bloom which makes AmuletBloom.dec a little bit more "fair" but then again WotC are retarded in knowing what should and shouldn't be banned.

Blood moon hurts non-red greedy decks more than it hurts greedy red mana bases. Blood moon hurts abzan or sultai far more than it hurts jund or jeskai. A better land hate card in modern would be a back to basics in red
