I would go to A&E if i were you.
Other than that, your GP is the 'general practitioner', basically just the doctor. Usually you would go to see them and they will treat you or refer you to someone else for things like scans or treatment. Do you know which surgery (where the GPs are) you are registered with? You can ring them or make online appointments (though you usually have to register for that).

Graduated from UCL years ago.
I had a very good time at uni, wasn't challenging at all. Had mates on harder courses who found it extremely stressful, so I sympathise. Fingers crossed you cash in though. I had a couple of very tough, tight with money years after graduation and my STEM friends didn't have to go through that.

Not when you graduate in 2008 with a degree in Philosophy. Especially when you don't really have a plan. I did get a job quickly though and it was a fairly well paid one, but absolutely mind numbingly boring and full of cunts. Quit that and did a few other things on and off until I ended up in creative advertising, where no one gave a fuck about my degree and it was all about just having good ideas.
