I would go to A&E if i were you.
Other than that, your GP is the 'general practitioner', basically just the doctor. Usually you would go to see them and they will treat you or refer you to someone else for things like scans or treatment. Do you know which surgery (where the GPs are) you are registered with? You can ring them or make online appointments (though you usually have to register for that).
This sounds like an emergency though so i would go to A&E or a walk-in centre, but by the sounds of it a walk-in place would just tell you to go to A&E

This guy is sort of right, I've only had two GF's but both of them were girls I met during my uni years. Uni - first year specifically - creates a kind of blank slate scenario where everyone's on equal footing, so even if you were a 2/10 cringelord in School and the working world, you can reinvent yourself. Plus due to the stupid ass way that student finance works, the poor people get a decent loan and the ones from the middle class families get shit ones, which basically ends up balancing out to 99% of uni students being poor as fuck for 10 months of the year. Oh yeah, and there's a shit ton of drinking and drugs too which obviously smooths things along. By nature of the establishment of university, you're also more likely to meet like-minded people.
tl;dr uni is like a short-term reset on finances/work and social standing, complete with more people you're likely to share interests with and more drugs to act as a social lubricant. I wouldn't go to uni just for a relationship but for the average relationship-less robot under 25 I'd say the uni meme is probably your best bet

I posted my old german x collie a few days ago.
Well I couldn't sleep so I just took him for a walk. This was at 3 so I just walked him around the city for an hour. There was a lot of chavs and drunks about but my dogs a big guy so I felt really safe. Walked until I found a 24/7 petrol station and picked up a cheeseburger.
Now say in bed eating it with my air con on.
