I've taken over cooking for the family for the past year doing so, and as a NEET, it is basically the only somewhat constructive thing I do, and one of the very few things in the real world that I sometimes enjoy. So I am unemployed again as of 2 weeks ago. I had a contract which wasn't renewed. Sucks but it was expected as it was oil industry.
I signed up for JSA and turns out it's now "Universal Credit". I went to the meeting and it all seemed normal, I signed shit and blah blah blah. I was on JSA for 4 months last year due to similar situation (redundancy in oil industry) and when looking through these sheets today I am kinda baffled. I've just been filling in what I've done each day but I noticed the wording is different once I worked my way down the page.
These sheets say I need to be searching for work full-time and I need to be putting 1 task to 1 box with a duration I spent doing it. It says I need to spend 37 hours on job sites or whatever. When I was on JSA the base requirement was like 30 actions per week, I was usually doing 20 "actions" 3 or 4 days per week so I was totally fine.
Do any of you know seriously they take this shit? This seems fucking crazy. I have a CV that I've spent a lot of time on, 75% of jobs I can apply to require just attaching my CV. The rest require a CV and some questionnaires.
