Just saying its a very robot thing to do. Find a nice quiet gym, ear phones in, bench, lift weights, get stronger.
The NEET lifestyle modified into bodybuilding/gym is pretty sick.
Just get up 8am, eat , chill out. Bus to gym for like 11am, home by 1pm at the latest. Then eat and sleep rest of the day. If you only lift 4 days a week then rest days are easy.
