Also, there really is no Trump equivalent in Germany, but several Bernie Sanders equivalents (Linkspartei). It is also socially more accepted to vote for the Linkspartei than the extreme right (AfD).
The Linkspartei pretty much has Bernie Sanders policies + a lot more socialist policies than him in various ways. They are even red pilled on migrants, saying there has to be a limit on refugees.
