I'm thinking that, before human's regularly wore clothing, females were able to choose their mate based on their penis size alone, females were sexually selective, ignoring other traits like strength and charisma because to them, being able to orgasm was much more important as human intelligence allowed them to focus more attention on leisure activities like sex. Maybe this is why humans who stayed in warmer climates like Africa, who started to wear clothing later than their northern brethren have a much larger average sized penis than their cold climate cousins.
