I've been reading about chromosomes and the idea of biological sex and I've stumbled upon various articles and other media platforms that claim that biological sex is as much of a social construct as gender is, and that the idea of biological sex is transphobic in of itself because the idea of XX/XY dictating sex is actually a simplified and ignorant version of something much more complex; i.e people who are born with penises don't necessarily have the chromosomes that society has dictated as an indication of whether or not they are male or female, and that most people actually don't know what their chromosomes are. Based on my research, it seems to be more of a spectrum, as opposed to male or female, and that a noticeable percentage of people don't actually have chromosomes that parallel their assigned gender at birth.

That's usually what that argument springs from. And to a point you want to know the truth: We were born male. We were born with a cock and balls and that's that.
