Okay ladies, I've got an issue that I need your verdict on.
So I was with a (straight?) girl last night and we have a weird relationship - she told me a couple months back that she liked me but - being so genuinely shocked - I didn't respond. If you're experience is gonna be anything like mine you're gonna hear a ton of negative comments about anti depressants. The truth is they're about 75% effective so a lot of people have bad experiences with them. People with good experiences are a lot less vocal. Odds are they will help but if they don't make sure to keep working with your doctor to find what's right for you.
Your mental health is extremely important. If you keep a positive outlook on the possibility of relieving your brain troubles it can go a long way to help.

One of the things people don't really talk about is that there's nothing wrong with just trying them to see if they help you. I know it's hard to do but if there's anything you think can help don't feel ashamed to at least try it out. Very few medications, therapy techniques, etc have a permanent affect ton your life once you stop taking them.
