So, just got my xiaomi dash cam.
pretty good, the app disconnects from the camera randomly but i was able to set it up within the camera itself, UI is pretty self explanatory.
the cable that it came with was nice and long, long enough to route it through my dash and up the side of my windscreen.
Box it came in was also nice, where the screen of the camera is has foam on it to protect it.
Camera asks for 5v 2.1A, cant speak chink but I assume its asking for it, but the accessory socket adapter it comes with is a 5v 1A supply.

My new scales came in today. Xiaomi Mi scales with obnoxious branding, but with Bluetooth functionality as cheap/cheaper than normal scales where I live.
Came with a chink manual and chink batteries (which was nice of them). It has a 3 unit selector under the battery cover, with Chinese symbols going (Kg, crazy chink unit, lb). operation is quick and easy, digits are nicely visible despite what my shitty pictures may suggest.
It took a few goes to connect to the app. Would only work if I gave it permissions to control phone calls, GPS, camera, mic and some others. Guess I'm part of the botnet now.
Measuring weight *seems* accurate. It's at least better than the piece of shit scales it's replacing. I can take it into work for some more precise measurements if any anons are interested. It's claimed to be able to pair with multiple devices and track weight across a few different people, but I won't be able to try that out for a while.
