CM exists, but the eu rom is what folks are recommending. Make sure you request a unlock code before you get the phone, it takes a bit of time (weeks)
The unlock process for me was a little painful - I ended up using a windows VM to run all the tools to flash it to the chiniese developer rom so the unlock tool would work. Maybe I just had back luck.

Yeah - you might want to ask the seller to flash the international rom for you. (my phone came with the global rom)

Looking at the QD186-VAX which is a DIY power bank that takes 6 18650 cells, 2.4 and 1.7A output and 3A input with voltage amperage and mAH meters for each port.
With 6 3400mAH panasonics it would mean a true 20,400mAH power bank with replaceable cells and much better digital information.
