Hey guys.
This will be a longer post so please bear with me.
What i need is someone that encountered this problem and advise me what to do next.
I got this Evga480GTX few years back as a present but with no box or driver or anything.
I haven't really used it because i had other things to do besides playing games but when I need it this thing happened.
Out of nowhere red dots like in the picture related started showing up and my computer would BSOD if I start up chrome for example.
Right after I got no signal on the monitor but i got a picture if i plugged the monitor in the second DVI port.
After a while windows would hang on boot and just show black screen.
Now if I boot in save mode while monitor plugged in the second DVI port windows will boot but the artifacts/red dots and lines are still present.
After long searching I found only once case of 470GTX from evga showing the same symptoms and the problem was solved with gpu bios update.
So I found the newest bios for my card and flashed it.
Now the computer boots to windows only on the second dvi port,red dots are still present and widows detects it as a new device and searches drivers for.
Windows finds the drivers and asks for a restart.If i press restart windows goes back to hanging on boot and black screen.
So I took out the card and I put it in the second PCI-E slot,and again windows will boot,detects new hardware,install the drives without any problems and when asks for a restart it hangs again with black screen.
I managed to get cap of GPUz right after booting on the second PCI-E slot,as you can see it cant detect few things(possible sign of something failing?).
So i enter in safe mode and update nvidia drivers to most recent ones.
reboot and drivers crash with BSOD every time on boot.
Boot in safe mode again and wiped it clean with DDU put my old 8800GT card back in and installed old drivers.
I lost 2 whole days on this and I am ready to lose more so please help

So I'm trying to root an old phone I have to understand more about flashing ROMs and such, the problem is that Win 7 64 is not recognizing the galaxy y duos. I installed different versions of Samsung Kies and no dice. I want to root the Y duos by transferring that file and rebooting with that special mode where you press the volume+ home and power buttons and just select the rooting file then it's done. I tried to download the rooting zip file from the phone but I can't do it on the smarphone.
What to do now? Should I use some Windows or Android software that allows me to reach into the phone's microsd storage? Does such a thing exist?

Everything looks (and smells) completely fine.

The small chargers access point box feels a little loose though, perhaps that must be soldered down to the metal plate behind it? If the drive isn't encrypted, they could mount it with GNU/Linux and see its contents. They're not going to log into Windows without the password. I think all that can be done easily anymore is blank the password and they wouldn't do that without your permission. They'll probably ask for a password so they can test that it's working. Alright. So I just bought an Intel S2600CP motherboard with two Xeon E5-2670 processors.
I got it installed in my 4u case, and connected all the power cables. But it won't boot. All I get is a really quick "click-click" from the onboard speaker and all the fans spin for a second each time I press the power button.
I had to get a 4-pin molex to 8-pin EPS adapter because the power supply I have only has one 8-pin EPS connector. The only things connected to the power supply are the main 24-pin connector, the two EPS connectors, and one SATA connector (for the SSD).
Why isn't it booting? I cleared the BIOS with the jumper, I checked that the CPUs were in correctly, and I reseated all the power connectors. When it tries to start it only pulls 36 watts according to a kill-a-watt, so I don't really think the power supply is under-powered.
What am I missing?

It's a gorgeous album but that bitrate is so disappointingly low. I feel like it would probably benefit from being in a higher bitrate, but unfortunately there's no way to contact the artist and his style is pretty unique so I wouldn't know how to emulate it. The vocalist was never credited either.

Windows 7 users: What are you doing to prevent Windows 10 upgrades?
I'm using GWX Control Panel, which has been working great until now. Now, whenever I reboot my PC it keeps trying to install an update. I don't know what that update is, but it always fails.
So whenever I want to boot into Windows, I have to sit through two reboots: First boot, it tries to install the update , it fails, and it needs to revert all changes. So I have to sit through another reboot. It's really annoying because now it does this cycle every single time I go to boot into Windows.
I don't want to go back to Windows 10 because I got sick of dealing with the problems (I can elaborate if you want).
How do I just use Windows 7 without dealing with this shit?

Picking up things on github project is a mixed back as people can be a bit dickish on coding practices and standards, even to experienced coders.
APIs, libraries and plugins/modules can be good learning exercises. Find a very specific thing you need done that doesn't have a solution already (or the solution is shitty).

When I turn on my computer all the case fans work fine, but when I get to the Windows screen two of the fans suddenly stop.
If I go to BIOS all of them work fine and the BIOS page reads them, but when I launch software like Corsair Link in Windows it doesn't read those fans as being connected.

What would you guys say is the best IM program available on the market right now? Excluding IRC clients. I'm always seeing people recommend Discord, but I've heard that that program doesn't keep chatlogs. Then it's like Discord is a carbon copy of Slack, and while Slack allows you to search through a channel's old messages, it caps at 10k messages and wants you to pay in order to access older ones.
My computer does not turn off all the way until I unplug the displayport cable. The LEDs on the case fans stay dimly lit until I unplug the displayport cable as well. Is this a problem with my graphics card? I've never had this problem when using HDMI on my motherboard. I can't boot it back up from this state either, I have to unplug the displayport cable and the power to the PSU and then plug them back in to be able to boot it back up.
