What are some 2012+ phones with that form factor (slide-out physical keyboard)?
Doesn't matter if it's from well known manufacturer or biggest chinkshit ever.
Keyboard on my pic related is slowly dying.

Because the size of the keys isn't the reason people want physical keyboards. My old Samsung Gravity keyboard was small as fuck but it worked great because you can feel each convex button and press only the ones you want. That keyboard was smaller than the iPod touch, so just imagine a Galaxy note or Nexus 6 sized keyboard.
