Keyboard on my pic related is slowly dying.
Also why did physical keyboards go away?

they are standard blackberry keys, you get used to them in a couple of days.

Because the size of the keys isn't the reason people want physical keyboards. My old Samsung Gravity keyboard was small as fuck but it worked great because you can feel each convex button and press only the ones you want. That keyboard was smaller than the iPod touch, so just imagine a Galaxy note or Nexus 6 sized keyboard.
