Right. It's just easier to set up on a 64 bit machine since you don't have to use a custom boot loader.
I set it up on my HP Stream 8 (32 Bit, Z3735F) and after tinkering, I was able to get most of the hardware to work, iirc. The problem was that you could only boot it with a keyboard and onboard didn't work. There are probably work arounds once booted but you still needed a physical keyboard just to boot it. No auto-rotation, bluetooth and wifi were iffy, touch screen worked fine, etc.
It's a bit annoying to do especially since you most likely have to compile the buggy realtek drivers on your own. It works, and it's usable, it just requires a lot of tweaks and workarounds and any update could break it.

Shout out to all anons who want to buy the BM-700/800 and other condenser mics. In some cases you'll need to supply some more power to the mic otherwise it'll be quiet (and noisy if you try to boost it).
This can be done with a simple usb adapter, I think, but some other anon may be more informative on this than me.

Yeah, ICR is what I use in all my flashlights and it's safe and everything.
Just make sure you get real brand name batteries like the pink samsung ones which are probably the cheapest and that you have a real charger and not those cheap ones that might overcharge the batteries and make them explode.
Whatever you do don't get ultrafire or other rebranded shit because the cells might be recycled or fake shit that can explode and give you ultra house fires.
