Stable and shipping KDE5 does simply not work.
And sure, you might get to a state to never having to turn it off, but that also means that after a few months, you will be running an outdated OS. As soon as the current version finally gets stable, they do a new major release, and it all starts again. If only rpmfusion would get their act together, so I could finally switch to EPEL6.
Which brings me to the next issue:
While it certainly has a lot of software, its still shit, compared to *buntu or Susie. A lot of stuff does not have a repor for fedora, and their freetard ideals certainly dont help in getting stuff in the official, or even semiofficial repos.

Good devs, easy to install/configure, easy to rice. The only advantage using something like Arch is you do have access to more packages overall, but really out of the box Fedora is a very good OS.

I've been using Mint for about 2 years now on Samsung Chronos 7: So a decent computer. It just got slower and more bug prone until I couldn't handle it.
Installed Fedora after doing a good bit of reading and so far (4 days in) it's been extremely solid, fast and just nicer to work on. Doesn't mean it'll not go full Mint on me but as for now I'm extremely happy with it.
8.5/10 would recommend.

I'm using Manjaro atm. Used Ubuntu and Mint before, really liking Manjaro. Very light on my old computer, really liking pacman/AUR, but if it goes as people say, it will crash like a bitch every day (not happening yet). I want something stable, that I can just install and use, not have to spend days tweaking and stuff. I'm not a power user, but I use my computer to program and do everyday tasks.
What do you guys recommend? Debian (I've tried to install it but it kept bitching about my wireless card), openSUSE, Fedora?
I'd like some minimal installation, got kind of addicted after seeing I have a perfectly functional machine with less than ~800 packages, I can't understand how something becomes so bloated and have practically no difference, after you install a DE and basic programs, but then I might be saying shit, whatever.
