Alright I used tsmuxer like you suggested
From the start:
I made tons of MKV files from 00021.m2ts or it's extracted streams using different programs like MakeMKV, ffmpeg, mkvtoolnix or a combination of them
They all are around 655MB in size but there are little differences in their exact size.
So no matter what MKV file I use and what size it is, if I run it through tsmuxer I get output.m2ts which is 689MB (EXACTLY 723,099,648 bytes EVERY TIME)
Using mkvtoolnix on this results in a file output.mkv which is again 655MB but exactly (687,391,997 bytes)
If I use ffmpeg to create an mkv from 00021.m2ts I get a 661MB mkv, however if I do this with an m2ts created by tsmuxer from any mkv I get a 655MB mkv
Seems like no matter what I do I can't recreate that original 00021.m2ts 694MB

Only if you want to be more anonymous, but it won't help if you use the same IP for each tracker because only the staff can see your email anyway so using unique emails is nothing more than hiding from staff.
