Why does WCD not allow transcodes/streamrips/etc prior to official release? Surely it's better to have them on the site, clearly labelled trumpable (as on PTP) rather than having people repeatedly upload the same transcodes again and again until the official release. Allow it, make it clearly marked, and remove it as soon as the real deal becomes available. It would also benefit people who want to listen regardless of quality asap.

If you want to add multiple directories you need to name them different eg.
schedule = watch_directory

schedule = watch_directory3
etc.
The 10,10 is start after 10 seconds from rtorrent start, intervals of 10s thereafter. Or the other way around I can't remember.
Just add the path, it knows what to look for. You can add additional commands too but that's a very simple watch command. Here's some of mine:
