The "reputed" trackers, namely What, PTP, BTN, HDBits, Bibliotik and a couple others. Basically, if you fuck up big time on a cabal tracker, all of your other cabal trackers will be disabled as their staff cooperate with each other and often have collective masturbation sessions where they jerk off each other using the tears of global banned users as lubricant.
Some trackers are outside the cabal, for instance AB doesn't cooperate often with it. Exigo and Pedro's aren't cabal but have a group of their own, IPT is of course non-cabal but it has its own host of trackers like SceneTime, Speed.cd etc.
There's a flowchart being passed around in torrent invite sites that display how trackers are "connected" to each other (so you know what risks are involved when you trade shit), it's been posted on /ptg/ a couple times.
