Ratio of 1.05 for all classes PU+ but you also need a certain amount uploaded. 25 GB for PU, 100 GB for Elite, 500 GB for Torrent Master. Ratio and buffer are largely two different things. The other day I saw a user on PTP with several TBs of buffer but only around 1.1 ratio.
