It most definitely is.
Go on Bandcamp and download some free shit in FLAC, it will get autosnatched by seedboxes giving you guaranteed upload for free. You can also transcode it and upload in 320/V0 (no-one snatches V2) for more buffer.
You can also try snatching large FLACs with the freeleech tokens and transcoding them to V0.

Posting the advice mcadamsbro gave me because you're all retarded.
The ratio system here isn't broken, it works really well.
The way it's meant to be done is this:
1. Use your first ratio free 20GB to download any music you'd like and perma-seed it.

2. As you (slowly) gain upload from that initial 20GB you're seeding, download more music you want (as much as your required will allow)
3. repeat step 2. The more you download, the more your seeding size will increase and the faster you will get upload (eventually you will have more upload then you no what to do with, I barely seed any of my music at the moment because I haven't had time to set it up).
4. If you want more upload or faster, upload your own content and making it fucking pretty with album art, correct tags and a nice, thorough description so that people actually want to snatch it.
If and once your required ratio allows, jump on staff picks and other freeleech torrents ASAP and you'll never even have to think about ratio here again.
You'll notice it's all about encouraging retention and uploading content. That's why what.cd actually works and is what it is.

Because you get guaranteed upload against everyone else also autodling. However if you don't have a god tier set up you'll probably go under 1.0 ratio most of the time, you have to transcode to make up for it - can verify that it works and then some - or just use it to get solid upload numbers if ratio isn't actually the issue.

Under trackers, make sure WCD is checked.
Paste the authkey and torrent_pass in, then add "staff.picks" as a tag for the filter.
No idea if it works though since they release staff picks so infrequently.

What are the power user requirements for sciencehd? I see that it has an application but I would like to know more.
I love and have old documentaries. I don't have any interest anime (AB) and What.CD is not an option for me (had account 5 years ago, gave login to brother etc ratio .02 + disabled for inactivity/don't care).
How long will it take me to get PU at sciencehd? I haven't heard much about the site but what I did was good.
