Razer uses cheaper quality switches that are pretty much a knockoff of a knockoff, and they don't last as long or feel as nice as genuine cherry switches. I've owned 2 blackwiddows and they both stopped working after about a year, but owned a ducky shine for close to 2 years and it works perfectly fine still.
If you want a nice tactile clicky keyboard and don't need to worry about the noise it makes, buy something with blue switches. (corsair, ducky, even cm storm all make better boards than razer).
If you want something quiet, just buy something with blue switches then get o-rings, you'd be better off than buying razer. I'm not a bandwagon hater either, like I said I've had 2 blackwiddows, not to mention a lycosa, and 3 razer nagas, and they all broke. just not a good company.

This is pretty much the best answer you'll get. I currently have the razer deathadder and it has turned to shit. Scroll wheel double clicks always, glue from grips on the side just stops working after a bit etc
