So I'm trying to lose some weight and according to the sticky I should be eating 1690 kal for losing weight.

Something you can do is to supplement your bioavailable Nitrous Oxide. Tabs don't work, but cardio and/or strong pre-workout with high NO can do the trick.
I used to use old NO-Xplode (1st gen before they changed recipes) and got hard for dayz with no cardio.

Is this ok form for highbar squat? I know mu back isn't near as vertical as it should be but if my knees go any further forward my heels come off the ground because my ankle mobility is so terrible. This form won't shouldn't damage my knees right. As long as they track in line with the feet. I realize the bar is forward a little as well but my pressure stays over midfoot. I may be able to sit more upright as the working weight gets closer to my bodyweight.

Yeah I've been using small plates but I've been squatting in tennis shoes so I went barefoot today and didn't want to stand on the plates then. I've got pretty bad patellar tendonitis in both knees and I play sports in the summer so I want to atleast make sure my current form doesn't damage them further. My knees don't hurt during the squats but after the sets they do if I bend my heels up to my ass.

It's not a great idea to eat too close to cardio if you want to lose weight (as your body experiences a transient fasted state during your recovery window and is more likely to store dietary carbohydrates than to use them if complex meals are eaten immediately following exercise). I'd say you should have a tall glass of water (>500ml) and some nuts/small piece of fruit if you can't hold off. Try to give yourself an hour at least between cardio and any meals.

If you're only doing cardio for bantz you're not negatively affecting your health if you eat too much too early. It's only really affecting your ability to draw energy from stores by preventing catabolism of fats at the time.

My gym has the traditional decline sit up bench where you can adjust the height to make the bench itself more or less steep to suit your abilities. I've been there, I've done that. However, this one has what appears to be a T handle on top of where your feet go and the diameter of the T is such that it looks like its for your hands.

I just bought chicken breasts from the butcher, when I got home I realized I had a problem with my freezer, so until the problem was fixed, it sat at room temperature between one hour and one hour and a half (driving back home then fixing the problem). I also had to take out what was already in the freezer: packs of ground beefs and frozen veggies. They stayed out for 30-45 minutes. I don't think they thawed much, but I always heard that once something is frozen you shouldn't take risks with re-freezing. It's winter so room temperature is rather cold. Should I be worried about potential health/bacterial issues?

How do you accurately measure the calories in rice? When you google the calories in say 100g of brown rice you get 111. Is that for cooked rice or raw? If it's raw that's easy, but if not, how do you know how much your rice will weigh once cooked?

The more you eat the larger your stomach becomes, which is why fat guys can put away a whole pizza while skinny guys have trouble with a slice. If you're fat, like me, your stomach is probably pretty big so it takes more food to make you feel "full", and that want to feel full is what makes you want to grab a snack, as well as of course the taste of the snack.

What I've found works pretty good is to drink a glass of water. Water works through the body faster than food, but it makes you feel full until the cravings are gone. Over time, if you're eating smaller meals, your stomach will shrink and the cravings lessen.

I wouldn't rely solely on cable pushdowns for big arms. It's a supplemental exercise for triceps. You would do better with a compound lift like bench presses. Include some bicep lifts as well for the arm.

Shoulder shrugs are terrible. That said, it's like any other lift. They work on your traps and a little on your shoulders so keep that in mind with other lifts you do. I'd say twice a week is fair. 3 times a week is pushing it, and once a week is casual brosplit style.

I'm assuming you're at a deficit because you're trying to lose fat. No, it wouldn't be too bad. You'll keep your gains as long as you take enough protein in. The body wont atrophy unless you're malnourished. So yeah, you can do both. But if your goal is to completely maximize your strength as oppose to just trying to maintain it or add a little to it, I'd suggest not being in a deficit.

Same thing happened to me. I went the whole month of October, but my lady and I fuck every weekend when we hang out. It was tough being an angry rage monster tho because even dropping something on the ground made me freak out. I even started saying god dammit which is like a pet peeve of mine. My advice to you is to workout a lot harder. I used it as fuel during lifts and jumped a lot of weight in bench and squats. I've read that you peak after 7 days tho so that's why I eventually started again. Best of luck

no gym so bodyweight only don't ask why.
Its just to get me through untill I sort my shit out and get membership.
This routine has to be better than nothing .

before this I was running almost everyday and calisthenics only 3 days a week. cuting down the cardio now and replacing it with more bodyweight exercises ,running starting to take its tole on my joints and I don't want to be disabled by the time I'm 30.

it is based apon this workout that I have been doing for a month now and I have had little to no results from it . It has two routines the beginners (3days) and intermediate.
I've stoped doing the beginners workout because I was getting nowhere and adopted the intermediate (4days) .
added an extra set of either dips or pushups to each workout and lowered my running/cardio to only 2-3 days a week instead of 6-7 days a week.
so I have more energy to focus on this.

What exactly is the difference between the two variations of BP? You have one were the seat is completely horizontal (as it is supposed to be) , and then there's the bench press where one sude of the seat is going upward, making it more chair-like.

i've been doing the SS meme (excepting i do HIGH bar squats) for 2 months now, i'm eating 500kcal surplus and i've gained 6 kilos so far.
I started with 35kg bench, 49kg deadlift, and 40kg squat.
Now i'm about 60kg bench, 90kg deadlift, and 70kg squat.
i add 1kg to my bench each session, and 2kg to my squat. I used to add 3kg to my deadlift, but i've been stuck at 90kg for 2 WEEKS now.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME?
I couldnt have plateu with these baby weights, could I?

I'm 180cm (5'11''), currently 81 kg (178.6 lbs) 26 yo at TDEE - 500 kcal diet (most days i succed). Lost 3,8 kg last 3 months. My lifts are stalling/regressing faster then i hoped they would, is it normal? Stalled at 1,25 pl squat, 1pl bench, 0,5 pl OHP for month or so, and currently i feel like am losing it. Only deadlift is going up (lmao 2pl). I've been doing SS since july, first 6 weeks i was at -200kcal but there was no weight loss at all.

Apart from SS i currently i play table tennis at work, but that will propably end soon, and it's not high intensity so i don't consider it when calculating TDEE.

So am i doing something wrong? Should my lifts stay there for a while?

Wear a belt when it will allow you to lift more with good form. It's impossible to put a number on. Having said that, most people won't need a belt before hitting 1/2/3/4
