In fact, her reliving losing her baby seems to be more tied to traumatic events (this and the milk trial) than to individuals. It's definitely something she hasn't fully processed or come to terms with, though. It *is* probably a large part of her 'help other people' drive, so she doesn't have to focus on her own pain.
