You never know, there are an endless number of parallel universes in the game, so it is more than likely that there are a handful of gay Ringabels out there who incessantly talk about cock and men. It's not just likely there would have to be, since there is an infinite number of possibilities.

Bravely Default Ringabel's Eastern Warrior Garb is Japan only.
The Eastern Warrior Garb/Wakoku Warrior appears again as a custome for Tiz, but as with every other thing in the game, it's censored heavily.
