Well, it is mainly the muscles, but since you said it was just "bs'd" I'll refrain from mentioning them. I'll start off with the guy holding. His calves feel awfully short compared to the thighs, although that isnt a huge issue, as that can be easily corrected. The facial proportions seem slightly off, as if feels that his face is squeezed in vertically. The placement of his genitalia is as though it is sticking 3 inches out from where it's supposed to be. Again, easily correctable.
The second guy's arm is very short (or feels that way). Use the first guy's right arm as a scale; the size of their arms shouldn't be too different.
I definitely like how you did the second guy's face, but his head is far to the right and sunk in his chest. Did you draw the clothes as the body without first drawing the main proportions? I feel as though this is the case.
Since the white guy's legs are wrapped around his partner, you should be able to see a bit of it from the bottom opening of the 1st guy's legs, especially since the 2nd guy's legs are bent.
I may sound a bit too nit picky, but I'm doing it to help you. These small details are usually whats supposed to drive your piece forward. Never overlook proportions, as they are basically what these kind of pieces are about.
