I have one advice I wish someone have told me back those days - drawing it's not ability to make smooth lines that magically turn into masterpiece, but an ability to see and understand what you see, to analyse both reality and art made by others.

Absolutely not. The whole idea of anatomy is UNDERSTANDING why a certain pose looks like that, why a certain body part goes there, Why foreshortening works here but not here. Using real life examples from really cheap angles and bad choreography will not help you gain an understanding of anatomy. I'd suggest looking up male (or female) anatomy references from google and just practice from there. Start off with simple poses, and work your way up once you think you've got a good grasp at it. Keep going for more complex poses or angles. Once you've mastered that, you can begin to stylize your artwork anyway you want.
Anatomy is a huge study, so do not rush or bite off more than you can chew.
Note: You can also focus on certain body parts and study thise for a while AFTER you've gotten a great grasp at proportions.

Yes, I've got male (and female) anatomy references already, I've studied them but... they're not helping me to improve my skills. Everyone works differently, so I don't know what would be best for you. You should definitely experiment and see how it goes, and don't be afraid to try gesture sketching. Keep sketching references or porn images when you can, and you will improve.
I personally sketch including the muscles, division of the legs and torso, division of arms from the chest, all that good stuff (not sure if you understood that)
Oh, and when you meant porn pictures, I thought you were referring to shitty screencaps of grotesquely made porn. That being said, you should just try it.

You need to understand that you cannot learn anatomy overnight. Anatomy is a very intricate subject to study, and tracing does not cut it.
And yes, one CAN learn to draw from imagination. I do that. I had to learn the basics and the elememts of art and anatomy before hand, and now I can draw whatever I want. You have to push yourself instead of looking for an easy way out.

Yes I do think so too, but I could be wrong. Normally it's not because the "it's too good to be true". But it's the more obvious aspect to it, the head part doesn't reach the level of the anatomy. If you cut out the head part you'd assume that this work is done by a professional that pretty much learnt all the basics and the more advanced stuff to draw a human figure. The face is supposed to be quite good but when you have the skill to actually DRAW that kind of body, the face is considered mediocre.
