There is so much that is just wrong about this in regards to giving advice to a beginner that I felt I had to say something.
Asspatting someone with false praise doesn't help them improve - Their posing and composition skills are nonexistant. I'm going to do a followup post with a redline and suggestions as to what they can work on and how they can improve so don't take this as the ususal shitstirring, but please don't think that you can just throw in some art words and encouragement and think that it will help them.

I'm not critiquing the anime aspect with this. Just addressing what the artist needs to know in order to improve. Everything I've said in this (which isn't necessarily explained that well, its 2am so sorry about that) can apply to any artist, so you know... take a look.
