it is. so good. You should give it a try even if you've never played FC3 because it's in second person and [you] are basically a new character, and there are very little references to the vastness of the game other than Vaas, your captor. The protagonist (you) is surprisingly well written and pretty charming. If the kinks in the tag strike your fancy then it's perfect for you. The intensity of the sex is great.
