Here's the text with it:
Another character I’ve never had a chance to actually finish drawing is Hantu, a demon who exists in a lot of unrelated universes I’ve created.
Hantu was once a simple orang-minyak (malay oil demon) who wasn’t content with his appearance. By working hard to gather supporters and build his power, he was able to sculpt himself a more appropriate body and then with the help of an older, more powerful demon he romanced, ascended to a demigod status. If there’s a sexy cult going around raping virgins, it’s probably Hantu’s worshippers.
He’s actually a rather insecure and vain demon who has an obsession with the mortal form. All of the energy he reaps from his supporters goes towards upkeep of his body and making himself stronger and more handsome. Even then he still wears a mask.
When going incognito as a mortal, Hantu takes the form of an Axolotl. He’ll be appearing in Ruff and Randy as a neutral force, being the husband of the gentle demon lord Horus who helps keep the boys safe on their quest.
