How many of you are believers or followers of Edgar Cayce? Was he the best psychic out there?
He once claimed that anybody can access the information that he accessed, if they focused their mind in a certain way, but he never really elaborated on this? How do you achieve the frame of mind to access the information he claims anybody can?

seems based, but once you get into the nature of work like this you have to come to accept that any means of recording information is pointless.
that's what the rabbit hole is to me, we are that creative that there can never be one set history and there never will be.
maybe that's why Gods are absent because they are so fucking consumed in trying to figure out where we came from and where it is all going, and there will never be an answer.
There are a lot of different ways to achieve that state and a lot of different people talk about it. It is typically called the samadhi state. Gurdjieff and Ouspensky call it objective consciousnesses. In that state you are seeing things as they are because you are not viewing them through certain identifications. You know you are in that state when the feeling of "you" and your thoughts and body are distant and distinct from each other. It feels like "you" are foreshadowing them and your perception feels very still and timeless.

except for the fact that every quantifiable reading he did gave statistically average (some would say below average) results.
