Unfortunately, souther Wisconsin isn't a "window spot" where shit converges and loads of paranormal stuff happens 9see Southern Ohio/West Virginia and eastern Kentucky, Upstate new York, Northern California, tons of others actually). There's still plenty to fear, though.

Meth heads, murder-hobos, ghosts that are confused and think they're being nice to you, genuinely hateful and bitter ghosts, skinwalkers, and demons, but those are unlikely.

As far as wildlife goes, you got cougars, sasquatch, snakes. Does Wisconsin get bears? I'm not sure, but I'm sure they get cougars, sasquatch, and snakes. All can be dealt with using guns, loud noises, or bear-mace.
