MEDITATION THREAD
What is your favourite meditation for third eye opening?
I've heard the THOH chant is powerful but I can't find a good demonstration of it. (I know it's a 'th' sound with pursed lips but I can't tell how hard to bite my tongue nor the pitch of it)

Like I said, it's what I would consider a tantric method, and I don't mean watered down westernized sex magic, but some people might be interested in a LHP interpretation of such a thing, so there it is.
