Did Ed and Lorraine Warren really fight demons and other shit like that ? Are their stories true to some extent?
>>
I believe that they fully believed in what they did. Seems like a lot of their big cases were probably inflated to sell books. Overall, I'd say that in their own way they probably did help the people that came to them.

>Ed and Lorraine (((Warren))) and the 6 gorillion ghosts

This should answer your question about their credibility

No, they knew they were con artists. They maybe helped out the people that came to them by making them part of the con and cashing in on it.

there are no ghosts or demons man stop looking for them.
these guys faked it like all the movies tv shows etc but there was no internet or tv stuff about it so nobody knew the tricks or heard the explanations or storys or knew about special effects equipment what you could get with contacts to hollywood.

If you spend enough time around paranormal locations you're probably going to experience something.

People who believe they were con artists can't actually prove that they were con artists except that they made money with books and appearances. It's just their opinion.

They claimed the Amityville haunting was legit and super bad.

I've watched and read a ton on said story since the original film scared me alot when I was a kid. All evidence points to it being a fraud that that they helped perpetuate. (they couldn't have not known)

That being said how can I really believe much of their other shit? Cool fictional spoop stories though.

The probably blieved they did. They may have come across real paranormal shit, and they though they were helping even if they didn't, like that supposedly possesed guy they "helped" that ended shooting himself. They, or they editor probably inflated they stories to make them profitable and cash a lot on them. Iirc correctly Ed was pretty dissapointed that no one seemed interested on making a conjuring movie (then It happened)

most likely not, but who cares? unless you have ghost like symptoms.
