I think so. I always wish for these things and find it works. But I don't want it to bite me back so, I try to do other good deeds.

OP here. As I said in my original post, I believe this to be a natural ability and not something one can simply be taught. However, feel free to give it a try and see if it works for you.

I did not pray to Lucifer or light a candle. All I did was stare at the person in a highly charged raged filled state. Much like anon described here: >>17889786

As for it being bad karma, believe me, those two people had it coming to them.
