So, if we supposedly reincarnate, there should be a stable number of people/spirits alive because people living now are reincarnations of other ones. If so, how many of people/spirits are there?

There are infinite living souls. At any given moment, a rough ratio of one soul conditioned to material existence for every three souls purely existing in spiritual transcendence. This is always in a bit of a flux, as souls either become attached to the material and become conditioned, or lose their conditioning and return to pure existence.
