heh thats kinda like what i usually do when i wanna meditate for longer periods of time. i make a little space next to this worlds astral plane. its hard to explain but its technically still in this worlds astral plane but its not in any contact with it just to ensure the time flow of this world doesnt affect it. i make it so small that my powers are enough to control it completely and then i just make the time stop. and when im done i just jump back to the normal astral plane and destroy the little space.
Time magic is fun, i can do it on the fly.. but only speed up or slow down. Can also go back and forward, which i am only observer. Its a power i had in a past life so it comes natural, hard to explain how i do it beyond the usual build up, program, release.
