Me and my buddy found this weird black dall next to a ditch in our neighborhood. It looked like some tried to throw it away but missed. It has hair in it but me dont know if its from a man or woman. Anyone know anything cool we can do with it or any information on it.

A quick Google search on disposing of a voodoo doll suggests you should purify it, remove ties to the individual (such as the hair), THEN dismantle and burn it.
But I don't know anything about poppets, so I'd probably just recommend not fucking with it. Could be someone's life in your hands, and I sure as hell wouldn't want that responsibility.
