Can anyone give me more information about the bird creature with a human face shown in this picture? I have seen it portrayed more than once, and before I had seen anything like it, I had a dream I was visited by one. That dream sticks out more in my memory than any other Ive ever had.

It is also similar looking to the oocca from zelda if anyone has scene that.
