Depends on the prosthetic, I guess. I couldn't foot the medical bill, though, so if it's a painful/bloody arm removal then medical care would have to be in the deal for me to shake on it.

Get a regular sleep patten and cut back on caffeine (soda, especially which has been shown to weaken memory) and sugary stuff. I cut soda out of my diet entirely 4 years ago, and I went from being forgetful and unable to focus to pretty damn clear-headed.
